Coming soon new homes in Whatfield

  Category: General News, Whatfield

Construction of our latest development, Church Farm Place, nestled in the charming village of Whatfield is currently well underway.  A range of just fifteen new homes are being built not far from the village church, off Naughton Road.

Whatfield is a pretty village with a popular county primary school and village Hall and was named Suffolk village of the year 2014.

The market town of Hadleigh can be found just 2 miles away and is only 10 miles from Ipswich, 15 miles from Colchester and approximately 70 miles from London.

Hadleigh is maybe one of East Anglia’s best kept secrets. With its excellent nearby transport links to the A12 and A14, together with access to main line rail stations in Ipswich, Manningtree and Colchester.  Hadleigh and surrounding villages have become a desirable residential location for both local families and London commuters.  Hadleigh is home to over two hundred and fifty listed buildings and the character of the town is maintained by a wealth of independent shops lining the main High Street.  There is a large sized supermarket offering one-stop-shop convenience.  The senior school of Hadleigh offers places to seven hundred and fifty pupils aged eleven to sixteen and is specialist science school with a strong presence in the Suffolk school league tables.

At Church Farm Place 10 beautiful detached houses will be available for private sale.  One with 2 bedrooms, three with 3 bedrooms, four with 4 bedrooms and two with 5 bedrooms.  All will have either carte-lodges or garages and ample off road parking.  There will be a central ‘village green’ providing a lovely area of open space and plenty of soft landscaping throughout the development.

The first plot is due for launch as a beautiful show home in May 2017.
