NHBC award for Derek Ratcliffe

  Category: General News, Goodlands

We’re thrilled to announce that Derek Ratcliffe has won yet another NHBC award recognising the quality of workmanship and management standards at our development ‘Goodlands’ in Boxford.

The National (Supreme Awards) took place at a glittering ceremony in the Park Plazza hotel in London on 13 January.  Having won the Eastern Region award in September last year Derek went on to compete with site managers from ten other NHBC regions of the UK for the national prize.

Although Derek was pipped at the post for the National Award in the small builder category he was presented with the Runner Up award.

Derek, who won the National Award in 2014 for managing Landex’s prestigious Park Gate development in Ipswich was delighted to hear his name called out as runner up for Goodlands.

Commenting on this remarkable achievement Derek said “Lightening almost struck twice! Although I didn’t come away as the winner I was delighted to receive the runner-up award for Goodlands. It’s great to be recognised with such a prestigious award and it’s a tremendous achievement for us all at Landex. It’s another accolade for us all to be proud of.”
